Technical Production Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- Overall management of the production facility, including: Electronic assembly, PCB assembly, Mechanical assembly, Mechanical manufacture, CNC manufacture, Vinyl printing.
- Management of production staff, specifying weekly goals and verifying staff compliance.
- Quality control of electronic assembly and mechanical components.
- Trend analysis on production faults and complex fault finding.
- Unique product design, conceptual testing, and production readiness.
- Prototype design, assembly, and product testing.
- Electronic design, schematic capture, and PCB layout and production readiness.
- Management of production data-packs, Bill of Materials, test documentation.
- Production testing, monitoring Pass/Fail ratios.
- On-site support for client-based problem resolution.
- Provide industrial and commercial technical support for inhouse products.

**Production Management**:

- Conduct daily stand-up meetings with production managers and supervisors.
- Manage production loading using excel templates and Kanban boards.
- Directly oversee electronic PCB assembly, electronics technicians, and SMD/leaded assembly.
- Ensure daily production output meets set goals.
- Troubleshoot production issues and manage electronic production jigs and software.
- Provide technical training and mentoring.
- Assist production floor with hands-on support.
- Manage testing and programming processes.
- Liaise with external assembly partners and manage internal technical queries.
- Manage product testing and code testing changes, ensuring verification to specifications.
- Documentation and testing of electronic, mechanical, and code changes during production implementation.

Pay: From R35 000,00 per month
