**4. Claims Assistance**: Support clients with filing claims and resolving any issues related to policy benefits or coverage.
**5. Client Retention**: Build and maintain relationships with clients by conducting regular follow-ups, addressing any concerns, and offering additional coverage as needs change.
**6. Compliance and Documentation**: Ensure all transactions and communications are recorded in compliance with company and industry regulations.
**7. Outreach and Networking**: Actively prospect for new clients through networking, referrals, and cold calling to expand the client base.

**Qualifications**:
1. Proven experience as an insurance agent, sales representative, or in a similar role.
2. Strong knowledge of insurance products, regulations, and industry trends.
3. Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
4. Customer service orientation and ability to maintain lasting relationships
