Key Responsibilities:_**
- **_ D_**_evelop and manage strategic initiatives and projects for the Family Toothpaste category, including new product development and global projects._
- **_ Pl_**_an, implement, and track New Product Launches and Re-launches in collaboration with the international Marketing Team._
- **_ E_**_xecute solid Brand strategies/plans and programs for the Family Toothpaste segment._
- **_ L_**_ead and coordinate cross-functional efforts with R&D, Regulatory, Legal, Supply Chain, and other key partners._
- **_ I_**_nteract with external consultants, including advertising agencies, public relations firms, and market research consultants as needed._
- **_ E_**_ngage frequently with marketing departments of local Hubs to ensure alignment and synergy._

Qualifications:_**
- **_ 6-7 _**_years of progressive marketing experience, preferably with innovation focus._
- **_ E_**_xperience implementing successful marketing plans, new products, and digital campaign development._
- **_ P_**_roven ability to manage relationships with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment._
- **_ E_**_xperience in managing complex projects and external suppliers._
- **_ O_**_pen to international career opportunities and adaptable to different business contexts_
