A conservation management company requires a Digital Marketer to set up, implement, and manage the overall company's digital marketing strategy.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 7 years of experience as a Digital Marketer/Specialist/Manager
- Minimum 5 years of experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies
- BA in Marketing, Digital technologies or similar relevant field
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with SEO, Google Analytics and CRM software
- Excellent knowledge of all different digital marketing channels
- Excellent knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices
- Familiarity with web design
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on a company’s success
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Team player
- Excellent time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy
- Manage the overall digital strategy in conjunction with the Marketing & Sales Manager
- Train the Junior Marketer
- Work closely with Junior Marketer on ensuring accuracy of content across digital channels
- Stay up to date with the latest industry technology and best practices
- Oversee all company websites in conjunction with Marketing & Sales Manager
- Manage and oversee all external revue partner sites (TripAdvisor, GuestRevue etc)
- Measure ROI and KPIs on all internal & external websites
- Drive website sales in the most profitable manner possible
- Prepare and manage the digital marketing budget
- Oversee all the company's social media accounts
- Suggest activities for improving the quality of online content
- Track and measure SEO and Google Analytics metrics and provide reports on a monthly basis
- Develop and implement a digital advertising plan both locally and internationally
- Research and forecast future sales and performance trends
- Work closely with the external marketing agency
- Find and manage digital partners/influencers to help grow the brand, in line with strategy
- Research key industry competitors and provide suggestions for improvement
- Manage and lead website chatbot platform with Reservations Team
- Work closely with the external marketing
