We are currently recruiting a Senior BIM Model Coordination Manager - Rail to support the execution of a large portfolio of local and international railway projects. A super user in relevant civil infrastructure CAD and modelling software such as those provided by Autodesk and Bentley or similar, who can draw/model without supervision having the ability to create advanced content within the railways design discipline. They will be required to ensure that from a technology perspective, our rail project objectives and BIM uses are achieved and that models are integrated and coordinated.

**The responsibilities of this role include**:
Work independently with mínimal to moderate level of guidance.
Provide regular updates to manager on project status.
May assist more junior staff members with aspects of their job.
Will coordinate activities of a small team.
Responsible for quality control of tasks or segments of project output.
Specialist in analytical, technical or operational skills, where and specialized expertise was typically developed through a combination of job-related training and on-the-job experience.
Continues to grow knowledge of organization, customers, and processes.
Accompanied by a senior, where appropriate, will participate in client meetings to discuss project requirements, explain / defend work, etc.

**Minimum Requirements**
Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction. Minimum 5 years 3D modelling experience with experience in model coordination, including more experience in a supervisory capacity. An advanced user of relevant civil infrastructure CAD drawing and modelling software such as those provided by Autodesk and Bentley in an architectural or engineering environment.

**Qualifications**:

- A degree in Engineering /Design
- Mandatory BIM certification
