We are currently recruiting a **Senior BIM Model Coordination Manager - Rail** to support the execution of a large portfolio of local and international railway projects. A super user in relevant civil infrastructure CAD and modelling software such as those provided by Autodesk and Bentley or similar, who can draw/model without supervision having the ability to create advanced content within the railways design discipline. They will be required to ensure that from a technology perspective, our rail project objectives and BIM uses are achieved and that models are integrated and coordinated.

**The responsibilities of this role include**:

- Work independently with mínimal to moderate level of guidance.
- Provide regular updates to manager on project status.
- May assist more junior staff members with aspects of their job.
- Will coordinate activities of a small team.
- Responsible for quality control of tasks or segments of project output.
- Specialist in analytical, technical or operational skills, where and specialized expertise was typically developed through a combination of job-related training and on-the-job experience.
- Continues to grow knowledge of organization, customers, and processes.
- Accompanied by a senior, where appropriate, will participate in client meetings to discuss project requirements, explain / defend work, etc.

**Minimum Requirements**
- Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction.
- Minimum 5 years 3D modelling experience with experience in model coordination, including more experience in a supervisory capacity.
- An advanced user of relevant civil infrastructure CAD drawing and modelling software such as those provided by Autodesk and Bentley in an architectural or engineering environment.

**Qualifications**:

- A degree in Engineering /Design
- Mandatory BIM certification
