JOB OPPORTUNITY: EXPORT CONTROLLER
Western Cape, Worcester, R30 000 CTC

Export Coordinator - (800 to 1000 containers)
- Planning, handling, and controlling shipments from point of loading to destination.
- Use availability of stock to ensure Shipments is booked and planned to load with first opportunity
- Request, manage and ensure quotes in a timely manner (Shipping agent specific)
- Receive and verify documentation to be in line with consignee requests and legal responsibility.
- Manage and liaise booking for vessels and transport instructions, with agents
- Prepare export documentation - Invoice and Proforma invoice / Manufactures declaration
- Signing of relevant documentation - (Shipping instruction)
- Daily monitor cargo tracing, update relevant stakeholders
- Update shipping documentation folders daily
- Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships.
- Invoicing - ensure invoicing are done and additional charges has been communicated to the Finance Manager and included in costing provisions.
- Acceptance and confirmations of bookings and charges and communicate with finance.
- Check and approve cost provision file for finance.
- Analyze data from cost comparison file use info the make proposals for future forecast of shipments
- Compile and reconcile demurrage, storage, detention, etc charges per shipment, verify costs and communicate with finance.
- Compile and maintain cost comparison file for shipments

**Salary**: R30,000.00 - R35,000.00 per month
