My client is an award-winning cosmetic brand that specialises in manufacturing and distribution of skin care solutions. We have 40 facial and body skin care products that are sold in over 2000 retail stores. We also have a growing presence in countries around the African continent.

Our plant in Centurion is looking to employ a qualified, skilled and passionate Foreman to drive and manage our production processes with an aim to high standard of quality product output to the customers. A successful individual will report directly to the Production Supervisor.

NQF level 5 or equivalent qualification in Engineering related studies.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related softwareto complete reports and logs.

Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, as well as the 45001 will be a desirable advantage

Deadline driven

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing industry, controlling and managing production lines and teams

Proven experience with equipment, process flow and line commissioning and capacity to convert requirements to achievable output

At least 3- 5 years’ experience at a supervisory level

Very good communication skills (verbal and written)
