Leadership & Talent Development Specialist

**Minimum Job Requirements**:
- Degree in HR / Business / Organisational Psychology or equivalent (Hons preferable).
- Minimum 7 to 10 years relevant talent development, leadership development and/or talent management experience, with demonstrable track record and skills/experience gained within a similar position(s), at a similar level.
- Proven design experience linked to talent development, leadership development, team effectiveness and engaged performance management programmes aligned to strategic imperatives.
- Knowledgeable about best practice talent and leadership development and team effectiveness solutions.
- Ability to think strategically and deliver fit-for-purpose, cost-effective programs and solutions.
- Experience working in a range of Africa markets.
- Strong track record in delivering results.
**Key Performance Areas**:
- Partner with the business leaders providing business-aligned strategies, frameworks and solutions for the development of talent identified for succession into critical roles, leadership development, team effectiveness, employee engagement and engaged performance management.
- Support Line Managers to achieve the desired shift in performance and culture through identified talent, leadership development, engaged performance management, employee engagement and team effectiveness solutions.
- Provide a framework, methodology and solutions to support succession readiness through talent development for critical roles.
- Provide a framework, methodology and solutions to develop leadership capability and to improve employee engagement.
- Provide guidance and facilitate support to improve team effectiveness and to embed Engaged Performance Management.
- Provide the coaching and mentoring framework, tools and standards and be the custodian of Executive coaching across the business.
- Serve as the custodian of talent development for critical roles, leadership development, Engaged Performance.
- Management, employee engagement and team effectiveness group-wide minimum standards.
- Provide guidance on how to overcome leadership, engagement, team effectiveness and talent development gaps and challenges.
- Share best practice and encourage collaboration between stakeholders.
- Effectively engage with stakeholders across the business.
