**WE ARE HIRING UK CUSTOMER SERVICE RETENTION AGENTS**

**Job description**

We’re looking for a Customer Experience Agent with retention experience or sales experience, and great communication skills to help us provide first class end to end customer experience.

Inbound skills to increase loyalty and customer retention by resolving customer complaints and implementing retention strategies.

With our inbound customer service **sales through service** commission structure, you could take home up to more than your basic salary (You will create your own pay check). Could that be you? Do:

- Manage escalated enquiries and complaints to maximize customer retention.
- You have great experience in a customer experience role, ideally in the telecommunications industry.
- You have a professional telephone manner.
- Delivery of customer focused service, driving through the principle of exceptional customer experience in all customer interactions
- Take ownership for every customer interaction through personal responsibility to see it through to a resolution.
- Use your natural people skills to remain customer focused.
- Support increase of customer satisfaction results and customer recommendations and reviews
- Delivery against key customer performance indicators to ensure customer interactions are managed to the required standards in a timely manner.

**PREREQUISITES REQUIREMENTS**:

- Grade 11 or Matric
- Clear Credit and Criminal record
- Minimum 6 Months Customer Service Experience
- Retention Experience
- Experience of delivering customer excellence
- Sales Experience
- Excellent written skills
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Ability to work rotational shifts.
- Computer Literate and ability to speed type 20wpm.
- Administration, or Insurance or Claims or Customer Service, or Call Center Experience
- Background knowledge in the International Environment an Advantage
- Self-motivated, confident individuals who enjoy a role that involves interacting with customers over the phone.
- Someone who enjoys helping people.
- Someone who enjoys varied tasks with different challenges day-to-day.
- Driven by achieving targets and enjoy the challenge of bringing our product to life for customers.
- Someone who has strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to adapt your style where needed.
- A person who can cope well under pressure and overcome customer objections.
