- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Assist the administrative team with daily office tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Provide support to the sales and service departments by coordinating appointments, maintaining customer records, and responding to inquiries.
- Prepare and process financial documents, such as invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and accurate completion of administrative tasks.
- Uphold a professional and customer-centric approach when interacting with clients, vendors, and colleagues.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative processes and suggest innovative ideas for enhancing productivity.
