A leading and rapidly expanding Agricultural business that operates locally and international throughout selected markets is seeking to employ a Data Coordinator on a permanent basis at their Wellington office. This role can be a work from home position if it suits better.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Schedule services via online forms & send confirmations on relevant WhatsApp groups
- Input & import information into various databases
- QC the quality of the data
- Troubleshoot issues with the data and resolve it with the various departments
- Make sure service deadlines and turnaround times are met.
- Communication with various teams, service providers and clients
- Ad Hoc or other related duties as assigned

- Effective organisation and prioritising of tasks
- Able to think on your feet and know when to ask for assistance
- Excellent attention to detail
- Dedicated to delivering fast, efficient, accurate, and quality work
- Able to function independently as well as part of a team

**Minimum Requirements**

**Qualifications and Experience**
- National Senior Certificate or diploma in Administration or any other relevant qualification
- Min 1 year experience in an information or data coordination related field
- Fully bilingual (Afrikaans and English)
- High proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

**Salary - **R10 to R12k/month

**Salary**: R10,000.00 - R12,000.00 per month
