Introduction

Our client a leading sport entertainment company based in Melrose Arch is looking for a Organisational Development Manager.

Duties & Responsibilities
- As an OD Manager you will lead the proactive and customer focussed Organisation Development (OD) team and take responsibility for driving people and organisational development initiatives and the management of change in support of the organisation's strategic and operational plans, providing information, advice, and services as required.
- You will be accountable for the day-to-day performance of the Organisational Development (OD) and take the lead on the development and implementation of OD systems and processes, including releasing potential and managing talent, developing management and leadership capability, and embedding values and behaviours into all people processes and systems.
- Lead the development of innovative OD and learning and development projects, programmes, and initiatives.
- Provide direction and leadership in the development and implementation of change management processes.
- Develop and implement training and development strategies.
- Ensure continual leadership development including hands on guidance, coaching, training, and support.
- Provide vision and leadership to your team by managing people, performance, and development.
- Works in collaboration and partnership with the HRBP Teams.

Desired Experience & Qualification
- Degree in Change Management, Industrial Psychology, Organisation Psychology and / or Organisation Design.
- 5 Years experience of leading, devising, implementing, and evaluating complex organisational change programmes and OD projects.
- A successful track record of working with senior level management teams on strategy and change formulation.
- Ability to provide innovative ideas by looking at issues from different perspectives.
- Proven experience of managing projects from start to finish.
- Proven experience of working in a HRBP structure.
- Experience of training (one to one, virtual, classroom).
- Experience working with an HR ERP.
