**Digital Brand and Communication Specialist**

**Digital Campaign Management**
- High level strategical management, budget settings and execution, project implementation, procurement, supplier negotiations and management and training of employees where needed.
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to meet or exceed ROI/ROAS targets.
- Partner with marketing and IT teams to explore/ recommend new channels and technologies where possible.
- Manage and optimize campaigns across multiple channels, including paid search, display, social media advertising, retargeting, and onsite marketplace campaigns.
- Continuously analyse and monitor campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to improve results.
- Conduct keyword, trend and competitor research.
- Cleanup all company websites
- Check content where necessary, and then publish content across relevant platforms.
- Monitor all performance related aspects of the campaign and relay findings to Digital management.
- Optimise content, targeting and delivery based on learnings.
- Increase revenue from digital campaign partnerships

**Events Management**
- Implement the strategic events plan.
- Maintain an up-to-date event calendar.
- Monitor financial performance, identify, and maximise opportunities to assist with departmental budgets.
- Produce detailed proposals for events (e.g., timelines, venues, suppliers, legal obligations and budgets)
- Foster the Corporate Identity of the brand by managing the design, look, feel, and theme of the event.
- Engage with and grow a network of media and public relations stakeholders to build brand equity.
- Oversee all facilities requirements are met.
- Be the live of broadcasting.
- Creating and revising plans and layouts for the various events
- Manage tools, systems and processes that enable the effective implementation of events.
- Responsibility for the best-in-class end to end management, execution, and delivery of scale events.
- End-to-end management of events
- Push functionality of Newsletters
- Promoting and marketing Black magic group
- Archiving and record keeping of all Black magic events

**Brand and Communication management**
- Establish brand focus for the Group and incorporate brand strategy into the communications of the Company.
- Managing and overseeing the strategy, planning and implementation of digital marketing, including across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok etc.
- Publish videos and photography on company website and intranet to promote employer brand (career page, culture, leadership overviews)
- Brainstorm ideas and create conceptual designs to support the engagement of the workforce and ensure the messaging is received and acted upon.
- Oversee and support content creation across all platforms.
- Serving as the custodian of branding and company’s CI across elements such as Logistic environment co-branding, internal communication and other elements.
- Establish brand focus for the Group and incorporate brand strategy into the communications of the Company.
- Create and implement effective communication strategies that build customer loyalty programs, brand awareness, and customer satisfaction.
- Planning and execution of all communications and brand messaging on all channels, including traditional and digital media.
- Produce a yearly brand and communication calendar.
- Analyse the market through focused research and identify current trends and present competitive data as it relates to brand, brand design and communication.

**Salary**: R22,000.00 - R27,000.00 per month
