Well established stationary business seeking Inbound Supervisor.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Grade 12 Qualification.
- Minimum years of experience in a similar role: 3 Years.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Managing a team of inbound staff, ensuring that they are trained in the physical flow of stock, as well as the WMS system. All training to be documented.
- Equipping staff to ensure that they are at all times physically capable to carry out their work effectively and efficiently.
- Monitor the system to ensure that no work is open after 24 hours maximum.
- Monitor all individual staff KPIs and ensure to address any non-conformance. Individual KPI performance is the responsibility of the departmental supervisor.
- Ensure the accurate and timely receipt and putaway of all received items.
- Where variations occur, root cause analysis must be performed, and preventative or corrective measures identified and implemented.
- Manage and update all of the item master data of items received. This includes barcode management, dimensions to be updated, and UOM adherence.
- Preparation for stock take, system clearing, and team prepping is required.
- Ensuring strict adherence to customer returns policy at all times, and the timeous execution of return logistics.
- Effectively control the paperwork required by the finance department. Any variances must be noted and resolved timeously.
- Ensure that correct expiry date information is captured at all times.
- Responsible for the implementation and maintenance of a culture of discipline and accountability.
- Responsible for monthly reporting of departmental performance.
- Report all unplanned deliveries, as well as no-shows to procurement.
