Adevia Health, established 2003, is an international company with subsidiaries across the Globe. We specialise in nursing jobs in the USA, UK, Germany and the Arabian Gulf and work with selected employers.

We are looking for a “Recruitment Administrator” to support the expansion in the Arabian Gulf.

**Duties**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Recruit healthcare professionals eager to work in the Arabian Gulf (UAE, KSA)
- Maintain intelligence reports of competitors operating in your region
- Maintain contact lists and keep CRM up to date.
- Make sure that you get back to all the leads provided to you by Marketing within 24 h of receiving them
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.

**Qualifications / Requirements**:

- Diploma / bachelor in business related degree
- Proficient in Office / Google Suite
- Knowledge of Hubspot / Sales Force
- Fluent in English
- Proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
- Experience in the healthcare recruitment industry will be preferred
- Knowledge of the industry in the Arabian Gulf preferred
- Ideally, Min 1 year experience within HR
