**Duties**:
**Sales**
v Oversee day-to-day sales, monitoring, and forecasting to better understand the market

v Understand customer needs and requirements and identify sales opportunities

v Close sales and achieve monthly quotas

v Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest

Maintain and expand your database of prospects within current industries and newly identified markets.

**Marketing**
v Researches client base to find new types of customers and sells to them accordingly and qualifying new leads.

v Analyses and creates a plan for engaging the target market

v Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals

v Communicating with new and existing customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up effectively on leads.

v Understand and effectively use upselling to drive revenue

v Cultivate and deepen client relationships and partnerships that add value

**Administrative Knowledge**
v Schedules appointments and meetings as necessary

v Answers questions from clients

v Submit daily, weekly or monthly reports to sales and marketing manager

v Creating and maintaining a database of potential customers using company software

v Explaining and demonstrating features and benefits of services.

v Weekly planning and execution on day-to-day operations:

- Cold calling/canvassing (filling your sales funnel

**Customer Services**
v Develop, establish and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with customers

v Engages in superior customer service by making information readily available

v Demonstrates superior time management skills and meets sales deadlines

v Creates a plan for gaining customers and then retaining them based on warranties or guarantees

**Minimum Required Qualifications**
v Grade 12/ Qualification in marketing, business.

v Languages - English/ Afrikaans/ 3rd Language will be an added advantage

v A sales/business management/marketing qualification

v Sales experience - in a service-based environment preferred

v Occupational Health and Safety-related experience an advantage

v Drivers Licence code 8 or 10

**Knowledge**
v Prior experience as a marketing executive.

v Proficiency in Hoot suite (social media).

v A thorough understanding of contemporary trends in consumerism.

v Strong leadership, delegation, and capacity development skills.

v Provides information by collecting, analysing, and summarizing data and trends.
