**Responsibilities**:
**Job Overview**: Manages the distribution functions of a large size operation inclusive of orders, warehousing and fleet management. Develops and maintains optimum sales and delivery plans. Effectively maximise market share whilst ensuring the availability of products to drive customer satisfaction. Organises the availability of vehicles, drivers, routes and products to meet the specified delivery schedules.
- Organise distribution incl. products, people, vehicles, routes & customers
- Optimise people utilisation
- Audit routes and update route & customer information
- Plan distribution incl. products, people, vehicles, routes & customers
- Manage Fleet optimisation, equipment utilisation and promotional assets
- Optimise stock management of final goods
- Execute customer service delivery incl. orders, product returns, queries & cash

Qualifications:

- Matric
- National Diploma in Distribution and or Sales or Relevant
- Five years relevant experience.
- Effective communication skills
- Leadership
- Punctual
- IR
