**ROLE OVERVIEW**
A Maintenance Coordinator plans, directs, coordinates and controls all maintenance requests in the area of responsibility to ensure proper operation, safety, sanitation and other functions to facilitate customer satisfaction.
**DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Evaluate maintenance requests, set priorities and process work assignments.
- Consult with stores to determine the steps and procedures taken to identify and resolve the problem.
- Guide the store through the diagnostic and troubleshooting processes.
- Communicate directly with service providers, vendors, and maintenance contractors to schedule repairs, servicing, preventive maintenance, and other projects.
- Maintain all records and logs daily including ticket/vendor follow-ups.
- Evaluation of quotes from service providers to determine suitability, accuracy and fairness.
- Assist with invoice loading, tracking and approval.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Matric with similar experience.
- Excel/Google Sheets proficiency essential.
- Experience capturing invoices and data capturing and tracking.
- Sage X3 is advantageous.
