Clinical Demonstration Specialist

The primary role of this position is to showcase the MEDITECH Clinical Software to potential customers by conducting demonstrations of features and functionality of Applications within MEDITECH.
- Must have an excellent knowledge of Clinical features and functionality in order to be able to demonstrate to prospects and to be aware of technology advancement and changes within the Health Care Industry and keep updated with enhancements that are relevant to the MEDITECH Product.
- Responsible for maintaining and managing the Demo System on a weekly basis.
- Create and build the script per potential customer needs.
- Ensure that all technical requirements for the demonstration are available and in working order and test all equipment prior to the demo and report to the relevant person faulty equipment.
- Engage with the International team for standard content and for all Demo’s
- Important to understand the Healthcare Market needs of relevant prospect
- Must be able to compile well detailed communication, mail and any other documentation or request into a format which will be understood by any recipient for all demonstrations i.e. CIO of hospital, doctors, store managers etc.
- Must be knowledgeable of the vendors market and their relevance to MEDITECH.
- Work closely with the Marketing team members on all events and assist where necessary, important to take initiative.

**Salary**: From R30,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Nursing: 5 years (required)
- Software Support: 3 years (required)
- Customer interaction/training: 3 years (required)
