- Assist in maintaining accurate financial records by inputting and categorising transactions.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial documents.
- ⁠Prepare basic financial reports, such as income statements and balance sheets.
- ⁠Assist in the preparation of tax returns and other regulatory filings.
- Support senior bookkeepers or accountants with ad hoc tasks as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Stay updated on accounting principles and regulations to ensure compliance.

**Qualifications**:

- ⁠Bookkeeping Qualification
- Bookkeeping to Trial Balance
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and concepts.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Prior internship or work experience in accounting or bookkeeping is a plus.
