**Qualifications**:
- Grade 12/Matric/NQF4
- Diploma in Financial management of accounting or related qualification
**Experience**:
- 2-5 years’ relevant experience
- Knowledge of relevant accounting principles
- Knowledge of relevant accounting systems
- Business acumen and understanding of relevant business processes
- BDA and Accpac knowledge would be an advantage
- Experience in the financial services industry
**Duties & Responsibilities**
**Contributes to financial administration and processing.**
- Offshore cash reconciliations
- Local bank reconciliations
- Calculating and preparing DWT and STT reconciliations and summary for submission on e-filing
- Calculating monthly payments to clients (fixed, dividend and interest payments)
- Creditors and other General Ledger reconciliations
- Running of management fees, liaising with clients, sending statements, and initiating payments
