Greet and welcome guests to the tasting room, providing a warm and friendly environment.
- Conduct guided tastings and educate guests about our products.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction and addressing any enquiries or concerns.
- Assist with processing sales transactions, including cash, credit card.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the tasting room, including restocking inventory and organizing merchandise.
- Support the production team by assisting with bottling, labelling, and packaging of products as needed.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock take, tracking, and reporting.
- Attend training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and enhance customer service skills.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a hospitality or retail environment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Strong sales skills and the ability to upsell products.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to maintain cleanliness and order in the tasting room.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment and collaborate effectively with the production team.
- Must be available to work on weekends and public holidays.
- Basic math skills for processing sales transactions and inventory management.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects as needed.
- Needs to be presentable at all times. No visible tattoos or facial piercings.
- Have the ability to work under pressure and assist at events when required.
- Have own transport.
