Winetasting Ambassador

**The Wagyu Experience is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Tasting Ambassador.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Present informative and well-executed tastings of wine, Wagyu beef, craft beer, whiskey, and brandy.
- Promote and sell products from the tasting room.
- Prepare tasting areas, ensuring cleanliness and organization before and after each tasting.
- Process orders and dispatch products.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
- Ensure tasting room policies and procedures are adhered to.
- Assist in organizing and executing special events and private tastings.
- Assist with managing tasting room stock.

**Requirements**:

- Own transportation.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Relevant experience in the wine, food, or hospitality industry.
- Computer skills.
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English.
