Senior Telemarketing Executive

Key role will to be make calls to generate leads for the sales team, including:
- Cold calls to targets to verify the contact or find the correct contact within the company/organisation
- Timely follow up calls where contacts have asked for a call back on a specific date or time
- Contacting suspects who have shown and interest to qualify these further and pass on the sales team
- Follow up to direct marketing campaigns
Preparing for calls and adapting their script to cater to the audience
Research of contacts to support marketing campaigns & sales objectives as needed or for priority or time sensitive campaigns
Obtaining contact names and contact details from various sources and entry of new target accounts to the database
Sending out relevant product information to contacts or suspects to develop the lead further into prospects
Qualification of leads i.t.o. budget, timescales etc. and booking demos & sales meetings
Handing over the lead with key information communicated clearly to the sales team
Data cleaning and/or scrubbingKeeping the database updated
Research and feedback to Sales and or Product teams
q Drive, energy, tenacity, and commitment to excellence -our sales challenge can be tough, so they’ll need to be highly organised, self-managing and disciplined to maintain activity levels and achieve targets in the face of rejection.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week
**Salary**: R15,000.00 - R25,000.00 per month
