**Claremont**

Our client, a busy audiology practice in **Claremont** seeks to appoint a Medical Receptionist on an _**ongoing part-time basis**_ to assist with the busy frontline, administration and account functions in the Practice. The successful incumbent **MUST **have previous experience within a _**medical practice**_ environment. This position will suit an individual who seeks more flexible working hours (10 hours per week (on site)) and will suit a compassionate, patient-centered Receptionist who ideally lives in the area.
- **Requirements**:_
- Minimum of 3 years experience within a medical reception **environment is essential (non-negotiable).**
- Must be exceptionally well groomed.
- Must have sound computer literacy skills.
- Previous experience on Syspro will be advantageous.
- Must have own vehicle and valid drivers license
- **Responsibilities**:_
- Manage a busy frontline area.
- Diarise appointments for various practitioners.
- Dealing with medical aids for authorisations.
- Invoicing on Syspro and issuing Receipts and Statements.
- Follow-up on outstanding accounts.
- Typing of medical reports.
- Dealing with patient queries and account queries.
- Stationary control.
- Basic hearing aid maintenance (in-house training will be given)

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months
Part-time hours: 10 per week

**Salary**: R1.00 - R2.00 per month

**Experience**:
