**Job Summary**

The front line online marketing specialist is responsible for the day to day running of all client adword and SEO campaigns, dealing with all front end queries and ensuring that the clients are happy with the performance of there campaigns.

He is also responsibility to ensure that all clients are called on a regular basis and that clients receive their monthly reports.

Where Campaigns that are running well and clients are happy he will elevate this to the sales rep so the client can be up sold.

**Examples of Key Duties**: (Duties are illustrative and not inclusive and may vary with individual assignment but not limited too.)
- As a client is assigned to the campaign manager, the campaign manager will call the client and establish the client’s current and future marketing needs.
- As a client is assigned, the campaign manager will immediately (within the first week)setup the physical Adwords campaign as per the clients marketing requirements and budget
- As a client is assigned, the campaign manager will perform the setup and first cycle steps of SEO on the client’s website, as per the clients marketing requirements and budget this setup should happen within the first week of the client having signed up.
- Elevating clients where the client’s needs (either current or future) exceed the client’s budget to both the Campaign technical Specialist and the campaign marketing Specialist.
- Handling all incoming queries from allocated clients that pertain to the campaign being run for the client.
- Calling each one of the assigned clients at least twice per month to discuss the performance of the campaign and what improvements have been made and still need to be made.
- Campaign managers will actively ensure that all their campaigns are running within the prescribed requirements.
- Campaign managers will send daily activity reports to management.
- Campaign managers will liaise at least once a month with the sales reps on the performance of those sales reps campaigns.
- Should there be a problem (or pending future problem) with a campaign the campaign manager will elevate the problem to the sales rep, technical specialist, marketing specialist and management.
- Sending monthly reports to the clients as per the reporting specifications, including sending the reports to the sales rep, technical specialist and marketing specialist
- all client interaction to be accurately recorded and notarized on jasper internal systems.

**Area of responsibility**:

- dealing with the front end client queries
- monitoring and inspection of all your allocated adword campaigns
- monitoring and inspection of all your allocated SEO websites
- Reporting problem (including future looming problem) with client’s to management, the sales rep, technical and marketing specialists.
- Reporting potential sales opportunities to the sales rep, management, technical and marketing specialists.
- Reporting performance, as well as improvements that can be made to the client
- Following closely to the included “To Do List”

**To do list**:(tasks are not limited to the list)

The list is divided into three main focus areas namely Daily, Weekly and Monthly.

**Daily**:

- Call all newly assigned clients to discuss the client’s campaign requirements.
- Setting up new adword campaigns
- Completing SEO setup cycles for new SEO clients
- Deal with incoming client queries
- Check campaigns are running as per the clients requirements, and that there are not any looming problems
- Sending management daily reports

**Weekly**:

- Call all clients to let them know how well the campaign is doing and posing recommendations.
- Analyzing campaigns that can be given to the sales rep to up sell

**Monthly**:

- Call all clients to let them know how well the campaign is doing and posing recommendations.
- Compose detailed client reports
- Send clients there reports

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
