- 5 years plant related experience in works management planning in Eskom SAP system

Skills and Competencies

MS/MW Tab 6 Scope - Develop Maintenance Work Packages
- Compile Work package(s) which comprises of time, materials, tools and equipment, labour and services and the knowledge required to perform Work in a safe and cost effective manner.
- Compiling and reviewing Standard Maintenance Packages from maintenance strategies, taking into account all resource requirements needed to successfully execute work
- Develop and submit Work Packages for review and approval and updates Work Packages when required
- Verifies that Work Packages contain the required information needed to do the work safely, effectively and efficiently
- Review feedback on quality and content of Work Packages and update information
- Reviewing all work packages for compliance with the Work Package Standard and relevance
- Develop and compile task lists and BOM’s
- Scoping work to validate that work receives the required level of planning as per the work week management process
- Performing plant walk downs of Work Packages
- Performing planning risk assessments
- Evaluating resource loading in comparison with task requirements against available manpower resources

MS/MW Tab 7 Scope
- Upload Maintenance Strategies (Task lists) and Plans into SAP CMMS
- Evaluate the Engineering Change request in order to clarify and understand the extent of the PM Basis change that is required.
- MBSA data must be utilized for Maintenance Item creation
- Each FLOC classified as critical or non-critical was associated with a PM Task.
- Influence on grouping of FLOC Task combinations (FTC) and then create Maintenance Items per group
- Create Single cycle Maintenance Plans
- Link Maintenance Plans and Maintenance Items

MS/MW Tab 8 Scope - Schedule Maintenance Plans
- New Maintenance Plans are activated by executing transaction code IP10 and setting the first call date
- Terminating old Maintenance Plans
- Schedule Maintenance Plans
- Set start dates for revised Maintenance Plans
- Set Maintenance Plan First Call Date
- Work Order operations must be transferred from SAP to Primavera to produce an integrated site schedule. This schedule is used for influence by key role players prior and during execution week to control execution resource.
- Hand-over strategies to maintenance and sign-off
- Maintenance functional schedule phasing i.e. resource levelling
- Integrated schedule finalization and Quality Check
- Creation of BOM’s and verification

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 7 months

**Salary**: R20,000.00 - R30,000.00 per month
