Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Support the monitoring of Daily / Weekly / Monthly Deadlines.
Reconciliation of Diesel Usage and Calculation
Manage Traffic Fines and recover cost from responsible parties
Manage E-Toll / Bankfin Reconciliations
Working with Electronic Reports from outside suppliers
Briefing and debriefing of drivers
Co-ordinate and management of tracker and control systems
Manage and ensure extended life of trucks.
Track & Control Budget vs Actual
Monitor Vehicle Kilometers including Service Plans with Suppliers
Keep accurate records of all Drivers Licenses + PDP
Ensure constant communication with weighbridge staff and drivers
Vehicle inspections and repair arrangements
Reporting of late or non-deliveries
All reporting must be done timeously
Ensure that trucks leave site on time
Ensure that planned driver training takes place
Ensure that planned Key task assessments takes place.
Ensure that tracking is done on both Pride owned and outsourced vehicles (DRM & Roadshow)
**Skills**:Strong Administration experience in Distribution preferred
Computer literate
Excel proficient
Effective interpersonal and communicational skills
Assertive and punctual
Independent, self-motivated and mature person
Focused on detail and accuracy
Experience with outsourcing transporters would be an advantage.
Good time management
Self-motivated
Ability to work under pressure and independently
Minimum requirements:
Minimum Grade 12 and 2-year relevant experience
Must be able to speak, read and write English.
Experience in a Distribution environment will be an advantage.
Shift work
**Salary**: R14,000.00 - R16,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ogies, Mpumalanga: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Certificate (preferred)
