RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Manage Boutique and travel desk
- To liaise with guests
- Monthly stock control
- Selling and c ommunicating with guests
- Meeting monthly budgets
- Meet sales budgets by motivating, mentoring and providing feedbac k to sales staff
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfact ion through excellent service
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
- To assist in Front Office operations if and when needed
- Ensure the st ore remains clean and presentable at all times

REQUIREMENT S:

- Grade 12
- Previous experience as a retail assistant, 3 years preferred
- Experience in a luxury 5* establishment
- Excellent proficiency in English
- Strong focus on customer service
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Comfortable in dealing with a distinguished clientele, knowledge of the area essential
- Enthusiastic, energetic, motivated and reliable

This role is offering a monthly salary of R16,000
