**YOUR DAY TO DAY LIFE**

We are looking for a Sample Registrar
- Outsourced Testing in Cape Town. Your mission will be to:

- **YOU'LL BE TASKED WITH**:
Receiving samples for Outsourced Testing and Chemical Analysis from customers, drivers, couriers or internal company departments
Ensuring all relevant documentation is received with samples before further processing
ClarifyIng instructions and customer requirements in Salesforce CRM system
Logging in of samples on relevant tracking systems and global documents.
Packing of samples for local and international shipment, ensuring sample integrity will be maintained in transit
Planning and scheduling shipments and local sample drop-off's and collections.

Previous experience in a Chemistry Laboratory will be considered an advantage
Excellent data capturing ability with proven experience, and must have acute attention to detail abilities
Excellent communication skills and must be able to work in a team and independantly
A self-motivated, enthusiastic individual

Excellent organisational and time management skills and the ability to multitask is critical
Strong computer skills
