Human Resources Officer

Our client in Durbanville is offering an outstanding change to an individual to advance their career as a Human Resource Officer. We are seeking a proactive individual who is dedicated to excellence and possesses strategic thinking. Who can work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
**Responsibilities**:
- Talent Management
- Onboarding
- General HR Administration, including recording keeping and reporting
- Review, amend and implement policies and procedures
- Draft, review and implement Job descriptions, aligned with KPI's and BU goals
- Management of Compensation Commissioner submissions
- Training and Development, including upskilling and succession across all BU
- Provide advice and give direction on all Industrial Relations / Labour law cases
- Performance Management monitoring and implementation of corrective measures
- Legislative submissions, including Employment Equity, WSP and ATR
What we require from you:
- Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent certificate essential
- Degree in HR management or similar qualification essential
- 5 years’ experience in a similar position
**Salary**: From R1.00 per month
