Join a Technology group in a structured sales position, where you gain exposure to various products and services in the Tech space. You will join a creative team in selling better software. The company creates people-centred software products that help shape valuable businesses. The company is in the business of growing businesses, by building better software that their clients can take to market. Their work covers a variety of industries and a range of apps and other software projects. Clients include scale-ups, venture capital and private equity investors and enterprises that need to innovate.
Industries they build for cross Retail, Financial Services, Energy & Utilities, Education, Labour, manufacturing and more
About the Role
Our company is a custom software development company with extremely happy clients. They're so happy they refer other companies to us without us asking. All. The. Time.
Were ready to blast the message to every company in our target market. That's where you come in: were hiring Sales Development Representatives to get the word out.
We're looking for recent university grads or university grads with a year or two's sales experience who want to build a career in tech sales.
This is an opportunity to become an expert on how tech companies grow and acquire new customers. When you join, you'll undergo an intense training program that's focused on practical real-world skills and will equip you for success in our business. As we grow the SDR function not just for our individual company but for the larger group of companies that we are a part of, meaning, you'll get to take on more responsibility, mentor junior team members, and ideally grow into a sales role with one of the companies in our Group or move into a management role in the SDR team.
After 12 months of hitting and exceeding your targets, you'll take the next step in building your career in sales: nurture leads of your own and take generous commission for the relationships you help to create, move into sales leadership or outperform in sales at another company. Basically, if you work hard and learn fast, you can out-earn many of your peers.
About you

**Your history contains at least one of the following**:
A university degree, preferably either commerce or engineering
Product management or product ownership in the tech industry
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Engineering experience
But you're ready to build a successful career in sales in the tech industry.

**Minimum Requirements**:
