**Job Title: Flooring Installation Professional Needed for Hotel Construction Project**

Location: Sandton, South Africa

We are seeking a skilled Flooring Installation Professional to join our team for a prestigious hotel construction project in Sandton. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for installing various types of flooring to enhance the aesthetics and functionality of the hotel's interior spaces.

**Responsibilities**:

- Install flooring materials such as tiles, hardwood, laminate, carpet, and vinyl according to project specifications
- Prepare subfloors and ensure they are level, smooth, and clean before installation
- Interpret flooring plans and layouts to ensure accurate installation
- Collaborate with other tradespeople and contractors to coordinate flooring work
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure installations meet industry standards and client expectations
- Safely use and maintain tools and equipment related to flooring installation

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in flooring installation within the construction industry
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting flooring plans and specifications
- Knowledge of various flooring materials, installation techniques, and adhesives
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship
- Physical fitness and stamina for on-site flooring tasks
- Positive attitude and commitment to safety protocols
