Specialist: Organisational Effectiveness Support

Core Description
Reports to the Executive of Organisational Effectiveness and supports the Org Effectiveness unit by providing critical assistance in the implementation, and execution of HR strategies and initiatives. This involves conducting research, interpreting data, and collaborating with HR leadership and cross-functional teams to help shape the HR department's strategic direction. With a focus on data-driven decision-making and process improvement, contribute to enhancing HR programs, policies, and practices to align with the organization's overall goals and objectives. Drive preparation and shaping of CHRO Executive reporting. Key Deliverables / Primary Functions Use HR data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement to provide meaningful reports and actionable recommendations. Collaborate with HR teams and other stakeholders to support the creation and execution of strategic HR initiatives. Conduct industry research and benchmarking to identify best practices and innovative HR strategies and compile presentations for senior stakeholders. Assist in managing HR strategic projects, ensuring timely completion and successful implementation. Drive collaboration across project teams to achieve HR project milestones and objectives. Evaluate HR policies and processes to identify areas for enhancement. Assist with collating progress updates and drafting HR reports that showcase the impact of strategic HR initiatives. Assist in the administration of employee engagement surveys, and drive the formulation and operationalization of action plans to improve employee satisfaction and engagement. Support and drive HR dashboards and reports via the HR analytics team to track key performance indicators, and measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives, against the Top Employer benchmarks. Keep abreast with industry trends, market insights and evolving methodologies to ensure that the HR strategy remains relevant and future fit. Collaborate with other departments and teams to gather information, share insights, and support HR-related cross-functional projects. 5 year’s relevant experience in Human Resources, Business Administration or Consulting. Proven experience in research, projects or strategy execution is desirable.
