**Job Purpose**:
National Sales Administration Manager will assist with Commercial functions in the Over the Counter Business unit; across the Pharmacy & FMCG channels. The SAM supports with various administrative duties, projects, financial management, category management and manages the inflow of sales orders to the various Primary and Customer Distribution centres. Compiles sales plans and forecasts based on demand information and provides analytics and measurement of sales plans across the business unit. Regularly draws up and distributes price lists and product ranging and listing documents.

**Major Activities / Tasks**
- **Assisting the **Commercial Division **team with the following activities.**
- Support of the Over the Counter Pricing process; with the implementation and analysis of Everyday pricing and Promotional pricing.
- Drive and manage the investment in the FMCG customer groups.
- Analysis and management of the promotion evaluation process.
- Managing the various inputs and structure of the Business Unit’s SharePoint site.
- Assisting with Range Audit maintenance and product listing opportunities across Ind Phy and FMCG channels.
- Maintenance of Customer Trading Terms and Advertising budgets and pricing documents.
- Managing and distribution of promotional material and display units - Pharmacy and FMCG channels.
- Managing Imperial Logistics team:

- Daily orders for all customer groups
- Customer bookings (NDD)
- Queries - Eg: Non-deliveries, uplifts etc.
- Check customer daily order pricing
- Customer Training - People management and training on our customer group portals to effectively capture, book and deliver on time.
- Claims - CRM Portal (Credit Authorisations)
- Monitor sales order performance levels, ensuring compliance with customer requirements - delivery times, quality, accuracy etc.
- MediQ Portal
- Daily Sales Regional Report - Sent out to all Regional Managers.
- Daily Open Orders Report by Region - Sent out to all Regional Managers.
- Placing weekly Imperial Orders with monthly rate of sales and previous week order history (Ensure optimal stock levels at Imperial JetPark DC and CPT DC.
- Business Reviews for Imperial Business via MediQ portal.
- Mass Market business analysis and performance reviews
- National & Regional
- By Region & Customer Group
- High level and Granular in-depth analysis for overall Mass Market business and Focus brands.
- Qlikview Performance Reviews - across the OTC Business including FMCG and Clicks account.
- Weekly Clicks Sales Tracker - By Sku by Distribution. This includes updated ranging.
- Mass Market Master Report to track Channel performance on a monthly basis.
- MobiChain Management
- FMCG Monthly tracker on In-field team coverage and call rates. Tracks Training, Impulse merchandising, Primary merchandising and Secondary merchandising.
- Maintenance of Product Master data (Product Configuration Document).
- Various other administrative duties on adhoc basis.
- **Managing the various administrative functions within Imperial Retail Logistics**
- Activating Daily Sales Reports via MediQ.
- Weekly CRM credit authorizations on MedIQ portal.
- Monitoring daily Customer orders from Cradle to Grave.
- Understanding and Management of Cipla, Imperial logistics interface.
- Partnering with the Imperial Account Manager.
- **Responding and assisting to ad hoc business requests**
- **Undertaking research on a variety of tasks and project and presenting findings in a confident and professional manner**
- **Exposure to various functions within the department**

3 - 6 years FMCG related background.
