**Concierge Ambassodor.**

**Roles & Responsibilities (Including but not limited to**

Check in and check-out of guests on channel manager. ( Work ecperience on a Channel manager and advatage)
Receive, store, and deliver luggage and deal with guest queries on all company channel of communication.

Relieve night audit when necessary.

Prepare handover for night auditor.
Perform office duties
Inform guests of the hotels services and facilities, policies and procedures

Upsell all services offered by the company.
Provide tourist information to guests

Pick up and deliver items or run errands for guests ensuring excellent guest relation services.
Make reservations for sightseeing tours, restaurants, the cinema, and live entertainment
Deal with enquiries and requests from guests

Answer all incoming calls

Take messages for guests
Finances
Finalise guests' bills and issue receipts upon payment on extras account.

Ensure accurate billing.

**NB: Other duties/responsibilities may be added to fit the growing needs of the Company.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R8,000.00 - R10,000.00 per month
