**Job Purpose**
- To provide Management Information required by the Business and for the monthly Credit Risk (CRAM) reports and quarterly meetings; thereby contributing to the effective reporting and monitoring of lending risk in the region; the Nedbank CIB Division.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure accuracy of reports in order to prevent incorrect decisions that may lead to financial loss.
- Build and maintain stakeholder relationships by collaboration, effective communication and timely reminders.
- Provide client service to all stakeholders by attending business sesions so as to elighten and share best practices with them.
- Compile and gather information by requesting data from other stakeholders, monitoring the delivery of the data, sort and process the data, analyse, research if necessary and make corrections.
- Collate and provide final product in the form of reports by integrating information in spreadsheets, sequence in management packs and write executive summary and distribute on time.
- Month-end support
Tracking expiring NGRs and LGD's
Exposure and ECL view
Forecasting data base
Generic Data-Points Checking/Updating:
Collaborate with the finance and MIS team to check and update generic data points on reports.
Organise and manage credit-related data in the system for easy retrieval.
Ensure accuracy in exposures on IFRS10 and collateral disclosures templates.
- Ad hoc support
Rating initiation
Credit Application Initiation
Auditor requests
Assistance with Collection accounts and resolving legacy issues
- Ensure personal growth and enable effectiveness in performance of roles and responsibilities by ensuring all learning activities are completed, experience practiced and certifications obtained and/or maintained within specified time frames.
- Ensure information is provided correctly to stakeholders by maintaining knowledge sharing knowledge with team.
- Contribute to a culture conducive to the achievement of transformation goals by participating in Nedbank Culture building initiatives (e.g. staff surveys etc).
- Participate and support corporate social responsibility initiatives for the achievement of key business strategies.
- Identify and recommend opportunities to enhance processes, systems and policies and support implementation of new processes, policies and systems.

- Essential Qualifications - NQF Level- Advanced Diplomas/National 1st Degrees
- Preferred Qualification- Bachelor of Commerce: Accounting, or Statistics.
- Honours in Economics or Accounting
- Minimum Experience Level- 1-2 years banking experience that must include 3 years relevant Property Finance experience
