**Job Description**:

Internal Audit covers the entire business from 3 main locations. We are creating a new team in South Africa that will perform a small number of local audits, but the main role will be to assist the global team to performed audits remotely of all global locations. With the new roles, we are a team of 14 with a variety of backgrounds and skills however, we are a close-knit team that works alongside the business collaboratively and engagingly. This position will provide support to the rest of the Internal Audit Team in the following areas:

- Supporting/ assisting with audit work
- Assurance testing of various business lines/functions
- Evaluation of findings and follow up for recommendations for control improvements and corrective actions
- Identifying and escalating any potential process gaps and working with the business on improvements
- Reviewing the Audit plan to determine the Audits you are planning on, engage with the respective manager around the planning of the Audit
- Assisting in planning the Audit
- Execution of the Audit including continuous assurance testing (AML)
- Engaging with various Business Units within the business from the various countries our products are enlisted
- Identifying Potential Issues and discussing the issues with the respective process owners
