**_Job Summary:_**
Responsible and accountable for the management of all financial activities nationally within the guidelines of the company.
**_
Key Outputs:_**
- Manage financial functions/ activities in terms of Income & Debtors books, predominantly for Docex.
- Responsible for the Creditors Management, predominantly for Docex.
- Responsible for Clearing accounts & reconciliation management.
- Manage and oversee fixed asset management.
- Management of control weaknesses and general financial, management, regulatory and compliance reporting.
- Ensure the efficient management, control, compliance and reporting of the function / resources in accordance with the stipulations of:

- the PFMA, BCEA, fraud prevention and risk management principles:

- Legislation, Corporate Governance, Delegation of Authority, company policies and processes; and
- any other regulation, legislation and best practice for our company, industry and a public institution.

**_ Qualification & Experience:_**
**Qualification**: B degree in Accounting or Finance (NQF 7)

**Experience**:minimum 5 years’ experience in general accounting, covering all aspects

**Knowledge and understanding of**:

- Knowledge of Customer Protection Act.
- Corporate Governance principles
- Accounts receivable system end to end
- Project Management
- Credit control processes
- Financial Policies and procedures
- V.A.T. and Usury Act
- Creditors payment processes
- Travel management process
- Reconciliations and clearing
- Accounts and clearing processes
- Transactions that give rise to the clearing account transactions
- Statutes, rules and regulations
