**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum Grade 12
- Minimum 6 months experience within a Social Media team / department - Call Centre
- Ability to work nightshift hours - shifts rotating between 10:00pm and 11:00am
- Clear Credit and criminal record check
- Computer literate
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- High level of customer service skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R8,200.00 - R8,700.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Tokai, Western Cape: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)

- High School (matric) (preferred)
