This role requires you to
- Manage staff
- Manage the cafe
- Control stock and ordering
- Implement new systems
- Run the cafe on a day to day basis
- Food assembly & display
- Interest in food and cooking
- Takes great pride in asthetic of cafe
- Customer service
- Business development
- Quality control
- Social media management
- Event & experience organisation

We have very busy service times so dealing well under pressure is essentail.

Must work weekends. Knowledge and passion for food and food service.

Salary is dependant on experience

Working hours vary
- 7-3 (season dependant)

Tuesday-Sunday

**Salary**: R10,000.00 - R18,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Tokai, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
