We have the following vacancy available in the HR Department:
**FILING CLERK (FIXED TERM VACANCY)**
**Requirements**:
- Grade 12
- Human Resources, Business Management or Admin Qualification
- Previous HR, admin or filling experience will be advantageous
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Good communication, interpersonal and computer skills
- Ability to cope in a pressurised environment
**Key Outputs**:
- Ensure proper filing, document management and good housekeeping
- Sort all paperwork alphabetically according to dates and significance, etc
- Store all paperwork in the designated area / filing cabinet
- Ensure that all files are labelled with the correct details
- Secure all confidential and important documents
- Create and maintain personnel files
- Check the accuracy, completeness, and correctness of documents being filed
- Assist with the retrieval and archiving of files and documents
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Perform other ad hoc duties as and when required
