The Area Supervisor works in conjunction with the Client Liaison Manager, HR and Operations team to assure that employees are adequately trained in their job specifications.

Job responsibilities include:

- Is responsible for, quality control, staffing, training and work assignments
- Quality control requires regular written on-site inspections conducted with Site Senior and/or Client

Responsible for determining necessary staffing levels to satisfy the contracts requirements.
- Requires knowledge in all major areas of cleaning, including restroom sanitation, office cleaning, hard floor care, equipment operation and maintenance, chemical knowledge and safety.
- May be required to attend scheduled training sessions.
- Ability to fill out clear, legible written reports, quality control inspections, employee evaluations, inventory reports and other forms as needed.
- Expertise in communicating complex tasks in a simple format to cleaning staff.
- Other duties as directed by the Operations Team

This position requires a high level of communication skills related to training cleaning staff, as well as relating positively to staff. Job experience in this field will be favourably considered. Requires high standards and the ability to correct discrepancies in a timely manner. The goal should be a constant improvement in overall performance at each contract.

Qualified persons must have a minimum of two years’ experience operating in a similar capacity with a Cleaning Company supervising at least 50 staff members. Please note that your requirements may vary from these suggested duties

Pay: R10 000,00 - R12 000,00 per month
