**Remuneration and benefits**:

- Training Allowances only for Graduate Advisors R5000 - R8000
- Salary R10000 - R30000 for Senior Advisors (Based on 6 -month’s commission statements)
- Choice of different adviser contracts
- Up to 90% commission
- Vesting Bonuses for the first 2 years
- Performance Bonus (13th cheque) in December
- Assistance with the purchase of technology equipment
- Membership of Pension Funds and Group Life Schemes
- Initial and ongoing training via Academy

**Qualifications**:

- Grade 12 or equivalent
- RE5 Certificate definite advantage
- 120 FAIS credits / NQF 5 or working towards a recognised qualification definite advantage
- Driver’s license and own vehicle

**Experience**:

- Previous experience within the Financial Services Industry and/or Sales environment definite advantage
