**Responsibilities**
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.
- Complete work schedules, manage calendars and arrange appointments.
- Address and resolve customer issues.
- Process invoices and quotes to customers.
- Research and collect price quotes from vendors.
- Maintain and update Sage One software.
- Learn and manage prepaid metering software and provide monthly statements to customers.
- Assist other departments with administrative or clerical support and assist with any other ad-hoc duties.
- **Training will be provided for this position.**_
**Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in an administrative role is a plus.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Highly-organized multitasker who works well in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and grow with the company.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
