**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Perform general tasks in support of the department’s administration and ensure timely submission of accurate information.
- Perform general administrative tasks in support of programmes and overall operations of the department, which includes but not limited to, records management, correspondence and procurement-related matters.
- Engage effectively with stakeholders, in and outside of the department, that render services to the department.

Perform administrative duties on an ad-hoc or projects basis, as requested by the team leader/manager while ensuring compliance with relevant guidelines, standards and policies.

**Skills and Competencies**:

- 3 years experience in a similar position is essential.
- Computer skills - especially Microsoft Excel.
- Data capturing (accurate).
- Strong administrative skills.
- Client relations.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong computer skills required.
- Good communication skills.
- Organisational and administrative skills, honesty and integrity.

**Qualifications**:

- Grade 12/Matric.
- Tertiary qualifications will be highly advantageous.
- Drivers License.
