PROJECT MANAGER

LOCATION: (SITE BASED) LIMPOPO - MUSINA

**Job Type**: 15 MONTHS

**About the Role**:
We are seeking for a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager will be responsible for the management of the construction site in order to achieve the required project delivery to the customer’s objectives, while maintaining standards of health and safety, Quality, Environmental Impact, and cost Control.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Developing a project plan with clear scope, objectives, and desired outcome
- Setting and managing stakeholder expectations, both internally and externally
- Forecasting and tracking budgets and costs
- Establishing project milestones and deadlines
- Leading and managing a team towards shared goals and objectives
- Monitoring and documenting tasks and progress throughout the project
- Ensuring all tasks, deliverables, and project materials are delivered promptly
- Creating and maintaining detailed documentation

**Qualifications**
- NQF Level 6; Degree or National Diploma in any of the following

(Civil, engineering, Project Management Building and construction Management
- SACPCMP AND ECSA
- At least 5 years’ experience
- Hold drivers Licence
- Certified Qualifications and ID copy

**Experience**:

- Project management: 1 year (required)

Ability to Commute:

- Musina, Limpopo (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Musina, Limpopo: Relocate before starting work (required)
