Temp Ar Supervisor

We are looking for a suitable qualified and experienced applicant for the position of Temp AR Supervisor. The successful incumbent will ensure that all the key responsibilities are adhered to. The role is critical in supporting the Treasury Manager to ensure the efficient and effective operations of the AR department.
**Key responsibilities include the following**:
- Ensuring the timeous processing of invoices,
- Ensuring the timeous processing of credit memos,
- Ensuring the timeous identification and allocation of cash receipts for Short Courses, Projects, Non-Projects, Student Loans and Administered Funds
- Assisting in the preparing of management reports, age analysis and any other required reports,
- Ensuring the timeous resolution of AR queries
- Liaising with Faculties and Non-faculties
- Processing of intercompany transactions
- Developing and training of staff
- Acting as an overseer of the AR Department, from time to time
**Requirements**:
- Matric is essential
- Financial Accounting Degree / relevant Credit Control Diploma or equivalent
- 5 years AR Credit Control / Credit Control Experience at a supervisory level
- Computer Literate, especially MS Excel for reporting
- Solid experience of collections and experience in resolving queries
- Good interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of the Oracle System, an advantage
