**Position Summary**

As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in providing insights to improve the consumer experience and drive business results. You will collect, combine, and analyse data on customers, consumers, prospects, market trends, and competition to generate actionable recommendations for all business initiatives. Your expertise in data analysis and reporting will be essential in providing periodic reports, forecasting, and evaluating marketing activities.

**A day in the life of a Nespresso Data Analyst**
- Collect, combine, and analyse data to generate insights and improve the consumer experience.
- Define indicators and measurements to track and measure results.
- Update and optimize the database to ensure data quality.
- Perform ad hoc analyses and deep dives based on segmentation, regions, sales channels, and more.
- Develop forecasting and predictive models to generate long-term insights.
- Translate data analysis into actionable recommendations for business initiatives.
- Assist channels in their forecasting activities.
- Provide periodic reporting on key KPIs and trends to stakeholders.
- Monitor and report relevant trends within the database and communicate them within the organization.
- Evaluate consumer experience campaigns and marketing activities.

**What will make you successful**
- Completed degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Statistics, or Econometrics.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on data mining, CRM, and direct marketing.
- Experience in reporting and forecasting.
- Knowledge of tools such as Power BI, SQL Database, and MS Dynamics.
- Excellent presentation skills and strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and deadlines.
